Aftercare Program

Franklin Academy After-School Care Program provides a safe, structured, and supervised environment for students after the school day ends. The program begins immediately following carpool dismissal and concludes promptly at 6:00 PM on all regular school days.

Parents may enroll students for as many days as needed by registering and submitting payment through the Franklin Academy School Store.

Program Highlights

The After-School Care Program includes:

1. Supervised care from the end of carpool until 6:00 PM
2. Structured homework time with assistance from educational professionals
3. Organized activities designed for various age groups
4. Supervision by Franklin Academy employees
5. Availability for students in grades K–12 across all Franklin Academy campuses

Participation Expectations

Participation in Aftercare is voluntary. Students and parents are expected to follow all program rules, procedures, and behavioral expectations. Failure to comply with established guidelines may result in suspension or revocation of Aftercare privileges.

Payment Information

All Aftercare payments are processed securely through PayPal. Families enrolling in the program must use PayPal for payment processing.
Parents may select a payment schedule during registration, and PayPal will automatically process payments using the credit or debit card associated with the selected PayPal account.

To participate, families will need to create or use an existing PayPal account through PayPal. Please note that Franklin Academy does not have access to personal banking or credit card information, as all transactions are securely processed through PayPal.

Refund Policy

Franklin Academy may issue refunds for services within 15 days of payment. Approved refunds will be issued for the amount paid minus a 5% processing fee. Refund requests should be submitted to: business@franklinacademy.org
